Affiliate Marketing Team Leader JB-4431

We’re looking for a motivated, assertive, and success-driven Affiliate Marketing Team Leader to join our office in Kfar Saba. If you’re an experienced affiliate professional with strong leadership qualities, excellent interpersonal skills, and a hunger to grow and lead a high-performing team, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

· Lead and mentor a team of affiliate managers, setting clear goals and monitoring their execution.

· Build and grow affiliate partnerships with a strong focus on ROI and long-term value.

· Identify and onboard new affiliates, influencers, and strategic traffic sources.

· Analyze performance data and oversee optimizations across multiple campaigns.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (media, creative, tech) to ensure campaign success.

3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing — must have.

· Proven team leadership or mentoring experience — strong advantage.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — you're a natural relationship-builder.

· Assertive personality with the ability to lead, manage, and motivate others.

· Highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented approach to work.

· Strong analytical mindset — confident in interpreting data and making strategic decisions.

· Goal-driven, competitive, and thrives under pressure to deliver results.

· Mobile app marketing experience — a plus.

· Proficiency in affiliate tracking platforms (HasOffers, Everflow, etc.).
