We're hiring a Sourcing Specialist to join a our recruitment team supporting global clients.
This is a great opportunity for someone with initial experience in recruitment who’s looking to deepen their sourcing skills and grow professionally in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Posting job openings across social media platforms including LinkedIn Recruiting
- Talent sourcing and headhunting
- Conducting initial outreach and managing candidate communications
- Summarizing interviews and supporting end-to-end recruitment processes
- Contributing to improvements in sourcing workflows and strategies
Requirements:
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment/sourcing (advantage: experience in tech sourcing)
- High-level English – must
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Independent, proactive, and responsible
- Work experience with LinkedIn
