We’re on the lookout for our next Infinity Customer Success Manager (CSM) – someone who’s passionate about customer success, thrives in a dynamic environment, and wants to help top-tier global customers unlock the full potential of their Infinity ELA agreements.

As an Infinity CSM at Check Point, you'll play a strategic, hands-on role in driving value, adoption, and long-term satisfaction. You’ll guide customers through onboarding, support them in maximizing their Infinity benefits, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and sales teams to ensure every commitment is fulfilled.

What you’ll do:

• Be the trusted advisor to our Infinity ELA customers
• Accelerate customer value realization and product adoption
• Lead quarterly review calls and health checks
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Services teams
• Monitor license usage, drive renewals, and support order processing
• Ensure smooth execution of agreements and proactive communication

What you bring:

• 2–5 years in Customer Success – must
• Strong background in cybersecurity and networking – must
• Customer-first mindset and excellent communication skills
• Organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in English (additional languages a plus!)
• Advantage: technical understanding, CRM tools experience, PowerPoint/Excel skills
