📊 What you’ll spend your time on

• Design, test, and optimize system prompts for LLMs to support strategic product and operational use cases.
• Evaluate AI outputs for tone, accuracy, bias, and effectiveness; conduct A/B tests and data-driven analyses to improve performance.
• Develop and maintain prompt libraries, reusable frameworks, and documentation to enable scalability and consistency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and executive teams to align AI behavior with business and narrative goals.

👩‍💻 Requirements & Capabilities

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in engineering, data science, or research roles.
• Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Data Science, Linguistics, Engineering, or data-driven research methodologies
• Deep understanding of Large Language Models, Generative AI, and advanced prompting techniques.
• Experience with A/B testing, data-driven analysis, and optimization of AI outputs.
• Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, or AI development tools for workflow integration and prompt iteration.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-starter, highly curious, and comfortable in high-tempo, high-trust startup environments.
• Bonus: Experience in advertising, marketing, public relations or creative businesses.
