Cloud DevOps Engineer

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Cloud DevOps Engineer to join our team. You will be a vital part of building and maintaining scalable, reliable, and secure cloud-native infrastructure, with a strong focus on Kubernetes (EKS), AWS, and CI/CD pipelines. Your work will directly support our development teams in delivering high-quality microservices quickly.

• Design, implement, and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines to automate and accelerate delivery processes.
• Lead infrastructure automation using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools tailored to team and product needs.
• Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance through effective monitoring and proactive issue resolution.
• Act as a technical mentor and thought leader, guiding DevOps practices and fostering a collaborative culture.
• Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth, end-to-end delivery workflows.
• Manage and optimize AWS environments for both performance and cost-efficiency.
• Implement and maintain robust systems for distributed logging, metrics collection, and alerting.
• Contribute to managing hybrid cloud infrastructure—including on-premise and cloud-based environments.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a DevOps team

Proven experience in a DevOps role, with deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (especially AWS) and Kubernetes (EKS preferred).

• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and deployment orchestration tools.
• Hands-on experience managing and deploying containerized microservices using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong experience with IaC (CloudFormation preferred), covering declarative infrastructure management and configuration automation.
• Solid working knowledge of Apache Kafka, including cluster provisioning, topic configuration, data retention, producer/consumer tuning, and monitoring.
• Proficient in diagnosing and resolving complex system performance issues, networking problems, and application-level bottlenecks.
• Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, and Datadog.
