What You’ll Do:

• Optimize & Standardize Processes: Design and document workflows, streamline handoffs across teams, and lead our Beta & Design Partner Programs
• Turn Data into Insights: Analyze product usage, track performance metrics, and help drive data-informed decisions
• Leverage AI: Use AI tools to automate workflows and uncover customer needs
• Manage Tools & Systems: Own and optimize platforms like Azure DevOps, UserVoice, Confluence, and more
• Drive Product Communication: Coordinate critical updates, migrations, and feedback loops across stakeholders
  
  

• 1–2 years of experience in a relevant role or industry
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience in AI and automation
• A team player who’s organized, proactive, and eager to learn
