Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Import Coordinator, located in Caesarea. The Import Coordinator will be responsible for managing the importation process of shipments, including coordinating with shipping lines and forwarders, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely delivery. Other tasks include maintaining accurate documentation, handling customer inquiries, and working closely with various suppliers to streamline import operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with import processes, coordinating with shipping lines and forwarders
• Strong organizational and tracking skills
• Hunger to grow and develop within a growing company.
• Proficient in maintaining accurate documentation and handling customer inquiries
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Caesarea
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field is a plus
• Fluent English
