We’re looking for a creative, data-driven, and relationship-oriented Influencer Marketing Manager to lead and scale our influencer marketing efforts. In this role, you'll be responsible for building long-term partnerships internally and externally, with content creators across platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, Instagram, etc.), developing influencer campaigns that drive user acquisition and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns: briefing, asset delivery, tracking, and reporting.
• Scale current activities and source new influencer opportunities.
• Optimize and test to meet aggressive KPIs.
• Work closely with Data, Product, Research, and Live Ops to refine UA strategy.
• Analyze performance using CPV, ROI, CTR, engagement, etc.
• Develop insights, testing methods, and workflow improvements.
• Stay up to date on market and industry trends.

Requirements

• 2+ years in influencer management (gaming experience a plus).
• Proven track record managing large ad budgets.
• Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency.
• Deep knowledge of YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, Instagram.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• In-depth understanding of the influencer ecosystem.
• Gaming knowledge is an advantage.
• Proactive, trend-aware, and growth-driven.
• Passion for influencer culture and creative thinking.
