We’re looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our team at our Bet Shemesh / Har Tuv

This is an in-office position with evening hours:

Mon–Thurs | 4 PM – 12 AM

Location: Bet Shemesh / Har Tuv B, Israel

Who we’re looking for:

– Fluent English speaker (must)

– Tech-comfortable, quick learner, and clear communicator

– Prior experience in customer service or technical support

What you’ll be doing:

– Be the frontline contact for customers, answering inquiries via phone and email

– Provide product info, troubleshoot basic issues, and help resolve service-related questions

– Coordinate with tech and sales teams to get fast, accurate answers to customers

– Process orders, prepare quotes, and support installation/service needs

– Keep clean and detailed records in our CRM

– Follow up to ensure satisfaction and resolution
