Data Analyst Team Leader

A successful Cybersecurity Start-Up specializing in the Automotive sector, focusing on connected car technologies and working with major global car manufacturers.

Founded in 2017, the company has about 130 employees worldwide and has completed several major funding rounds.

The role involves managing a team of 3-4 data engineers with 70% hands-on development using Python.

Located in central Israel, 10 minutes from the train station, with a hybrid work model offering two days remote.

Requirements

• An experienced leader that believes in empowering and letting his team shine.
• 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst (or other data professions), including hands-on experience in scripting languages (Python, R, or similar), with data analysis tools (Pandas, NumPy, or similar).
• Passionate about data, hands-on approach with who likes to get to the bottom of high-complex problems.
• Statistical knowledge and extensive analytical skills with experience in using statistics for analyzing datasets. In addition, vast experience in data cleansing and data preparation.
• Experience in querying large, complex data sets in analyzing large amounts of data (SQL, ElasticSearch, Athena, or similar).
• Fluent speaking and writing skills in English.
