Sales Manager — USA Market (Remote)

EGO Digital is a full-cycle digital agency based in Israel. We specialize in website development, branding, SMM, and performance marketing. As we actively expand into the U.S. market, we’re looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager to help us grow our client base and lead outbound sales efforts in this direction.

This is a full-time, remote position with a fixed schedule and salary paid in USD.

• Sell digital services to clients in the U.S. market
• Build and manage a pipeline of outbound leads (LinkedIn, email, events, referrals, etc.)
• Present agency capabilities, identify client needs, and prepare proposals
• Negotiate and close deals, then coordinate handover to the project team
• Keep CRM up to date and report on performance metrics
• Provide feedback to improve offers and positioning for the U.S. audience

• 2–5 years of proven experience in B2B sales (preferably in digital/IT)
• Strong track record of working with the U.S. market
• Confidence in navigating the full sales cycle from cold outreach to signed contract
• Familiarity with CRM systems and outbound sales tools
• High level of self-management, communication, and drive

• Fixed salary in USD + performance-based bonuses
• Full-time remote position (Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00, your local time or EST)
