Customer Support - Hebrew (Relocation to Lisbon)

Responsibilities

As part of a team supporting various product lines, you will provide reactive support through phone, email, and chat, focusing on troubleshooting and efficient issue resolution for small and medium business clients. Your daily activities will include:

• Offering optimal advice on various inquiries from business clients.
• Building meaningful relationships with key decision-makers in the marketing industry and acting as a consultant for their online advertising strategies.
• Understanding client business goals to align them with appropriate online advertising solutions.
• Providing strategic campaign support to educate clients.
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and results.
  
  

• Willingness to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal.
• EU Passport or Portuguese work permit.
• Excellent spoken Hebrew and English skills.
