We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Operations Manager to be a pivotal bridge between our Marketing and Sales teams. This hybrid role is designed for a proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented professional who can optimize our go-to-market strategies, streamline sales processes, and directly contribute to lead generation and revenue growth. You will play a key role in ensuring our marketing efforts translate directly into qualified sales opportunities and efficient deal closure 🤝.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Marketing & Lead Generation: Collaborate closely with the DOO to develop and execute strategic marketing plans and campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, email, events) to generate high-quality leads 💡.
- Contribute to creating engaging and compelling content that resonates with our target audience and supports the sales funnel ✍️.
- Analyze marketing metrics to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement in lead generation 📊.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate sales processes using technological tools, and implement effective automation solutions ⚙️.
- Develop and implement sales tools, templates, and standardized documents to enhance the overall efficiency of the sales team 🛠️.
- Maintain meticulous and up-to-date CRM records (Monday.com), ensuring data integrity and accurate pipeline tracking ✅.
- Generate comprehensive sales and marketing reports for management 📊.
- Provide initial administartive assistance to the sales team in addressing inquiries from potential clients 🧑💻.
✅ What You Bring:
- Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in a marketing role with a strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, social media, and event marketing 🌟.
- Tech-Savvy & Analytical: You easily navigate new platforms, enjoy learning new technologies, possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and can analyze sales and marketing data effectively 💻📊.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: You maintain meticulous documentation, prioritize tasks effectively, and consistently meet deadlines 🗓️.
- Proactive & Creative: You think outside the box, bring fresh ideas for process improvement, and contribute actively to strategy 💡.
- CRM & Project Management Tools: Proven experience working with CRM systems (such as Monday.com) and Gantt-based planning tools for project tracking, timeline management, and cross-team coordination 📅⚙️.
- Vendor & Supplier Coordination: Proven experience working with external suppliers and vendors, including managing relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of services and materials 🤝📦.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with both marketing and sales teams 🤝.
- Responsiveness & High Availability: We value fast communication and responsiveness.
