Product Manager

Obligo is a fast-growing FinTech / Real Estate Tech startup on a mission to build trust between renters and landlords worldwide.

We're looking for a talented Product Manager to join our energetic TLV team and help shape the future of deposit-free renting.

What You'll Do

As a Product Manager at Obligo, you'll take ownership of end-to-end product development across multiple teams and functions.

You will:

• Leverage AI tools regularly to enhance product specs, generate mockups, analyze data, draft content, and speed up delivery across all activities.
• Partner with tech leads to plan upcoming sprints, define priorities, and ensure technical alignment.
• Lead cross-functional alignment meetings to scope and launch new features.
• Collaborate with designers to create product mockups, validate concepts with users, and turn successful ideas into delightful experiences.
• Write detailed and thoughtful Jira tickets that account for edge cases, data models, and overall product vision. Meet regularly with Customer Success, Operations, Marketing, and Sales to gather feedback and align priorities.
• Work closely with existing software partners to identify opportunities that expand Obligo's reach and increase its total addressable market (TAM) within their channels.
• Ideate, prototype, and test experiments to continuously improve user experience, customer value, and key performance metrics.
• Build dashboards using Sigma, Databricks, and Mixpanel to monitor product usage, user behavior, and A/B test results.
  
  

• 4+ years of hands-on product management experience in SaaS environments.
• Solid understanding of web technologies and modern web application architecture.
• Proficient in product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Google Analytics, FullStory, or Amplitude.
• Strong UX instincts and the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive user experiences.
• Highly self-driven, detail-oriented, and organized — able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical and structured thinking with a passion for data-driven decision-making.

• Experience in the FinTech or PropTech domains.
• Knowledge of banking infrastructure, payment systems, or money movement workflows (e.g. ACH, push-to-card, RTP, account verification, KYC).
• Familiarity with compliance-heavy environments (e.g. handling sensitive financial data, escrow, fraud prevention).
• Working with third-party integrations in the financial ecosystem (e.g. Dwolla, Plaid, Modern Treasury, Stripe).
