Account Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our growing team and drive customer success within our existing client portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing B2B SaaS relationships in the hi-tech sector and will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, driving retention, and identifying expansion opportunities within our cybersecurity solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned accounts
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders
• Conduct regular client check-ins & assess client health levels
• Raise any potential issues with assigned accounts in Executive meetings
• Handle retention processes for assigned accounts
• Identify & handle expansion opportunities
• Collaborate with the Service team to ensure successful delivery & client satisfaction
• Achieve and exceed revenue retention and growth targets
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Account Manager in a B2B SaaS environment
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Monday, etc.)
• Experience managing enterprise or mid-market client relationships
• Native-level English speaker with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal abilities
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics
• Proven negotiation and presentation skills
• Customer-centric approach with problem-solving orientation
