Senior Commercial FP&A

We’re looking for a Senior Commercial FP&A to join our FP&A team and support commercial operations in Israel and across the region.

In this high-impact role, you’ll:

• Act as a strategic finance partner to commercial teams in Israel and other regional markets.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to evaluate business cases and optimize profitability.
• Lead the annual budget, quarterly/monthly forecasts, and long-range planning processes.
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports with commentary and KPIs.
• Monitor sales, margins, and customer profitability across the region.
• Support global and regional FP&A reporting requirements.
• Utilize ERP and BI tools (e.g., TMR, Oracle, Power BI, Excel) to improve data accuracy and efficiency.
• Contribute to finance digitalization and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in FP&A or commercial finance, ideally in a multinational manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of commercial operations and business drivers.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with Oracle, TMR and Power BI is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English and Hebrew.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a dynamic, matrixed environment.
