QA Engineer

About the Role

As a QA Engineer, you will be an integral part of the development process, working closely with developers and product managers to define and execute test plans, identify bugs, and ensure product quality across all stages of development. This role requires a proactive, analytical, and hands-on individual who is passionate about technology and quality, and who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Providing overall technical leadership & methodology
• Quality Assurance of our Software solutions
• Identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs throughout the development cycle
• Creating structured and detailed test documentation, including test cases and test plans, to ensure clarity and alignment across the development team
• Continuously reviewing development outputs to ensure alignment with product requirements and verifying that all deliverables meet quality standards
• Leading long-term quality initiatives and special projects aimed at improving product reliability and enhancing development team workflows
• Developing a deep understanding of the product to ensure effective testing, identify potential issues early, and provide valuable feedback to the team
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality from design to release

Requirements:

• 1-3 years' experience in QA
• Strong written and communication skills
• Ability to learn complex systems quickly
• Ability to learn and keep technically current with industry approaches
• Familiarity with cloud-based environments (e.g., AWS, Azure)- advantage
• Experience working with databases and writing basic queries-advantage
• Experience testing web application-advantage
• Work experience in software development C# - advantage
• Experience with SQL to support database testing and data verification tasks-advantage
• Excellent English skills

Hybrid work- 3 days in the office (Tel Aviv)
