We’re looking for a Head of Business Development to join our growing team in the Insurtech space. This is an exciting opportunity to disrupt the pension and insurance industry—by building the right partnerships, the right way.

Who are you?

5–8 years of hands-on experience in B2B business development or partnerships
Proven experience selling in the Israeli market, with an understanding of how to work with local startups and enterprise clients
Background in startups or high-growth environments—you’ve built from scratch, worn multiple hats, and adapted quickly
Strong outbound prospecting abilities
Experience collaborating with internal teams (product, customer success) to ensure smooth handoffs and close feedback loops
Data-driven mindset, with a passion for measurable impact
Energized by the opportunity to build something meaningful in a dynamic space
