Operations Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Manager to join our IT department and play a key role in managing budgets and procurement processes. This role reports directly to the CIO.

Role Overview:

• Full ownership of the IT department’s Operations and budget .
• Managing purchasing processes for IT equipment, software licenses, printers, and outsourcing contracts for tech personnel.
• Handling both operational and capital expenditure tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage the department’s annual budget based on work plans, including ongoing tracking, adjustments, and reporting.
• Oversee the end-to-end procurement process – from RFQ to contract signing and issuing purchase orders.
• Draft RFQs and procurement documents based on technical specs provided by department heads.
• Identify and engage suppliers, manage negotiations, compare bids, and support vendor selection.
• Manage procurement orders and monitor software/hardware delivery and project milestones.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts with outsourcing and placement agencies for IT roles.
• Process invoices and input data into Priority ERP system; ensure proper payment execution.
• Provide monthly procurement and budget status reports to the CIO.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in procurement andOperations budget management, including negotiations.
• Strong skills in drafting procurement documents and vendor agreements.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems – familiarity with Priority is a plus.
• High proficiency in English – written and verbal.
• Bachelor's degree in Economics or a Technology-related field – an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
