Senior Full-Stack Engineer - AI Search Intelligence Platform

AI is fundamentally changing how businesses are discovered online. Tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini are becoming primary research tools for consumers, yet most companies have zero visibility into how they appear in these AI responses.

We're building the intelligence layer that monitors, analyzes, and optimizes brand presence across AI search engines. 🚀 Our platform processes millions of AI-generated responses daily, tracks citation patterns, and delivers actionable insights that help businesses win in the AI-first search landscape.

To accelerate our growth, we need a senior full-stack engineer who can ship features across our entire stack - from data ingestion pipelines to interactive dashboards.

💻 Ship Product Features End-to-End (50%)

• Build and deploy full-stack features using Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and Supabase.
• Own projects from concept to production, taking full responsibility for feature delivery.

🔗 Build Data Processing Services (25%)

• Integrate various APIs and third-party services to expand our data sources.
• Handle data ingestion, processing, and storage at scale.

⚙️ System Architecture & Scalability (15%)

• Design scalable solutions and implement caching strategies to ensure high performance.
• Optimize application performance for demanding production environments.

📊 Data & Analytics Infrastructure (10%)

• Create data pipelines and build visualization features that turn complex data into clear insights for our customers.

Required Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of professional development experience.
• Understand what a zero-to-one startup means
• 3+ years shipping production Next.js applications.
• Strong TypeScript skills and understanding of type safety across the full stack.
• Proficiency with modern React patterns (hooks, context, suspense boundaries).
• Experience with SQL databases and query optimization.
• A track record of building and scaling data-heavy applications.
• Fluent in vibe coding (but also don't trust it too much)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Supabase or similar PostgreSQL-based platforms.
• Background in analytics, business intelligence, or marketing technology.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM APIs and prompt engineering.

2. Second founder call (30 minutes) - For you to get to know us better
3. Team meeting and live exercise (60 minutes): Meet potential teammates, discuss our roadmap, and ask questions. Then have a live coding exercise (nothing too complicated, just want to see how you think)
4. External review (45 minutes) - Meeting with an external senior tech executive for final assessment.
5. Final Steps: Reference check, offer discussion, and start date planning.
