Role Overview:

In this role, you will be the trusted partner for our clients, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our platform. You will work closely with CFOs, finance teams, and decision-makers at growing tech companies, guiding them through onboarding, product adoption, and long-term success.

• Lead onboarding processes for new customers and ensure a smooth product implementation.
• Develop strong relationships with CFOs and finance teams to drive product adoption and retention.
• Act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to product, sales, and tech teams.
• Monitor customer health metrics, proactively address challenges, and identify growth opportunities.
• Conduct regular business reviews and ensure clients are leveraging the full potential of Viewz.
• Collaborate with sales to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles in a fintech or SaaS company.
• Strong understanding of financial processes (e.g., AP, AR, reporting, ERP).
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to drive customer adoption and retention.
• Experience with CRM and CS tools (e.g., HubSpot, Gainsight) – advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) – must.
