Hiring a Social Acquisition Manager to join our paid social team. This is an exciting opportunity to enter the Israeli high-tech world, work with serious media budgets, and build expertise in performance marketing.

• Support the execution of paid social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat & other social channels
• Monitor and improve KPIs like CTR, CPM, CR, CPA, ROAS, and AOV
• Analyze campaign performance using internal BI tools
• Use AI tools and platforms to generate ad creatives and copy
• Help manage and optimize landing pages as part of the full user journey
• Collaborate with marketing, BI, product & dev teams to test, learn, and scale what works

• Strong curiosity for digital marketing and growth
• Highly independent, creative, and data-driven
• Bachelor’s degree (college or university) - any discipline welcome
• Fluent English - both written and spoken
