experienced Product Manager to lead payroll systems

Position Overview:

Take ownership of internal payroll systems and enterprise applications, leading end-to-end business process design, requirements gathering, coordination with developers and QA, and providing professional support to internal users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ongoing management of payroll systems and internal applications

• Analyzing business needs and writing detailed specifications (processes, logic, UI elements)

• Leading automation and optimization of cross-organizational workflows

• Daily collaboration with development, QA teams, and external vendors

• Conducting UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for new features and system changes

• Providing operational solutions and professional support to end-users

• Managing system configuration and maintaining parameter tables

• Documenting processes, interfaces, and system changes

• Proven experience in product management and business analysis

• Hands-on experience with payroll systems

• Strong familiarity with pension operations and billing interfaces

• Experience working with both legacy core systems and modern web platforms

• Experience collaborating with development and QA teams
