QA & Support Engineer
About the role
Become the quality champion for our next-gen cyber-defense platform.
You’ll own manual testing, kick-start our automation suite, and act as Tier-2 support—diving into SQL and server logs to squash bugs fast.
If you’re a proactive QA with 3-5 years of experience and a talent for troubleshooting, we want you on the team.
We’re looking for someone genuinely curious about the Armory platform—someone who loves to explore, play with it, and even suggest ways to improve it.
Responsibilities
- Own product quality end-to-end – plan, execute, and report on manual test cycles for new features, regressions, and hotfixes.
- Triage and troubleshoot issues – reproduce customer bugs, dive into SQL queries and server logs, pinpoint root causes, and drive them to resolution.
- Provide Tier-2 technical support – serve as the bridge between customers, Support, and Engineering; create clear KB articles and runbooks.
- Champion continuous improvement – refine test plans, suggest process tweaks, and advocate for a quality-first culture across the company.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on QA experience with web or SaaS products (security domain a plus).
- Strong knowledge of test methodologies, SDLC, and defect-lifecycle best practices.
- SQL proficiency (writing/debugging queries) and comfort reading server/application logs on Linux.
- Exposure to at least one scripting/programming language (Python, JavaScript, Bash, etc.) and modern test-automation frameworks.
- Solid troubleshooting skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent written and spoken English; Hebrew an advantage.
Advantage
- Experience with security products, networking protocols, or incident response.
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
