Account Manager

Phoenix ESOP, Israel’s leading company in trust services, mergers & acquisitions for equity-based employee benefit plans, is seeking an Account Manager to manage public or private company clients.  

Note: This is not a sales position.

Role Responsibilities:

- Ongoing management of ESOP clients – public or private high-tech companies  

- Maintaining continuous communication with senior executives at client companies, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service  

- Managing databases and information systems, performing tax calculations, handling M&A transactions, and providing ongoing professional support and information  

- Collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

- Academic degree – mandatory; Accounting/Economics/Law background – an advantage  

- Experience in providing service to business clients  

- Very good English proficiency  

- Strong Excel skills  

- High service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills  

- Attention to detail, ability to work independently and in a team, and strong organizational abilities
