We are looking for a sharp, curious, and ambitious Senior Campaign Manager to join our team.

What you’ll do:

• Manage and optimize digital campaigns on Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Taboola, Outbrain and more
• Take full ownership of performance – budgets, KPIs, optimization and results
• Build smart media strategies and test new ideas
• Collaborate closely with clients, analysts, and creative teams
• Use automation and AI tools to improve efficiency and scale
• Stay on top of trends and bring fresh thinking to the table

What we're looking for:

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing Google & Meta campaigns, working with high-budget clients (₪200K+ per month, per client)
• Experience handling multiple campaigns at the same time
• DV360 experience – a strong plus
• Strong analytical skills and marketing mindset
• High attention to detail, with the ability to see the bigger picture
• Fast learner, independent, and results-driven
• Team player with great communication skills
• Excellent Hebrew- required for day-to-day communication, campaign execution, and client-facing work
