We are looking for a Senior UX | UI Designer to take full ownership of our user experience and interface design. This is a hands-on role that requires both strategic vision and execution. You will play a critical role in shaping the look and feel of our products, ensuring they are intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling.

Our products are designed for real-world operators, meaning they must be both highly functional and aesthetically modern next-gen interfaces (rather than traditional defense systems). You’ll work closely with Product, R&D, and company leadership to create innovative, cutting-edge designs that set our platform apart.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end UX/UI design process, from user research to prototyping and final design delivery.

Design highly engaging and visually striking interfaces, comparable to modern consumer experiences.

Build and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across different platforms.

Collaborate closely with Product Management and R&D to translate complex technical requirements into intuitive and modern UI.

Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback to refine and optimize user interactions.

Stay ahead of design trends, leveraging best practices from industries with fast-evolving interfaces, such as gaming and consumer tech.

Balance strategic product goals with immediate project deliverables in a fast-paced startup environment.

Proven experience as a Senior UX/UI Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design.

Hands-on experience delivering scalable, high-impact digital products, ideally in industries where UI is a key differentiator (e.g., gaming, fintech, or consumer tech).

Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and conversion-driven interfaces.

Experience collaborating with product managers and R&D teams in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to design for scalability and adaptability, ensuring the system feels cutting-edge and engaging.

Familiarity with conversion optimization and designing products that drive user engagement.

Experience in defense or complex technical systems is a plus, but not required.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to present designs and concepts to stakeholders.
