Senior Product Designer

At Way, we're rethinking identity security from the ground up. It's one of the most important problems in security, and most of the products in this space are still hard to use and hard to trust. We think design is how we win.

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our design team. You'll work side by side with our design lead and have real influence on the product: what we build, how it works, and how it feels.

What You'll Do

• Own product flows end to end, from the first sketch to what ships.
• Turn complex, technical problems into experiences that feel simple and clear.
• Shape the product with PMs, engineers, and founders, not just polish what's decided.
• Prototype and iterate fast, with AI tools as part of your everyday work.
• Design every state, not only the happy path.
• Give engineers and their AI agents clear design guidance they can build from.
• Help build how design works at Way as the team grows.

• 5+ years in product design, with at least one complex B2B product you owned end to end.
• You love the pace and ownership of a startup, and you want your work to shape the product.
• You use AI tools like Cursor or Claude every week, and you know where they help and where they don't.
• Technology doesn't scare you. You like understanding how things work.
• Good design excites you, and you have a sharp eye for detail.
• You love a hard problem, and you don't wait for a full spec.
• You take initiative and go beyond the task.
• You're creative. You reframe problems and bring bold ideas.
• You work well with PMs, engineers, and founders.
• You love working in a team, and people enjoy working with you.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

• Experience with security, identity, or data-heavy products.
• Strong Figma craft and experience with design systems.
