This is a part-time position (60%-75%), within which 70% is dedicated to Social Media and 30% to BDR.

What’s the role?

Social Media Manager - 70% of the role

• Creating content (Education and training focus) for social channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) - reels, posts, stories.
• For example: short videos explaining DevOps concepts, posts with useful tips, and stories encouraging participation in events and courses.
• Marketing courses through organic campaigns, short pitches, engaging content.
• Mapping relevant groups, joining discussions, increasing exposure.
• Taking initiative in content creation - coming up with ideas, producing video content, and involving internal employees for collaboration and participation.

Simple video editing.

BDR - 30% of the role

• Proactively searching for companies looking for DevOps professionals.
• Connecting with the right people - via LinkedIn, emails, groups.
•  Responding to open job ads.
•  Not waiting to be handed opportunities - you create them.
