Marketing Operations & Growth Manager

We’re looking for a sharp, crypto-native Marketing Operations Manager to join our team, supporting leading blockchain projects. If you live and breathe crypto, understand the Web3 landscape, and know how to market effectively within it, this role is for you.

You’ll help keep our marketing engine running — from campaign execution to review cycles — while bringing fresh ideas, automation, and structure to the way we operate. You’ll work closely with marketing leads and creative teams to turn ideas into scalable, on-brand execution.

• Manage and improve internal marketing workflows
• Coordinate team priorities, timelines, and deliverables across departments
• Align dev, design, and marketing teams around shared campaigns and launch roadmaps
• Coordinate and manage campaign execution across paid media, KOLs, PR, and Web3-native platforms like Galxe, Layer3, Farcaster, Kaito and more.
• Track analytics and performance metrics, gather insights, and optimize future efforts
• Support Web3 event participation, Spaces, podcasts, speaking opportunities, and op-eds.
• Identify growth opportunities - new platforms, co-marketing partners, and automation tools such as Notion, Airtable, and more
• Work closely with community leads to support growth, retention, and activation initiatives

• Have hands-on experience in Web3 marketing experience
• Are an early adopter who actively explores new tools, trends, and platforms
• Know how to leverage AI tools for marketing ops, content, and insights
• Are fluent in the crypto ecosystem- key players, narratives, and communities
• Are a strong communicator and a proactive collaborator
• Have high-level English skills (written and spoken)
