Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tel Aviv-Yafo for a Product Manager. The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and launch of product features, conducting market research, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and analyzing product performance. The role involves setting product strategy, defining requirements, and working closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches.

Qualifications

• Product Management experience (minimum of 2 years), with skills in setting product strategy and defining product requirements
• Proficiency in Market Research, Data Analysis, and Customer Insights
• Strong organizational, coordination, and leadership abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
• Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams is a plus
• Experience in the banking or financial technology industry is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field is preferred
