Data & BI Infrastructure Team Leader | Financial Sector | Hybrid, Tel Aviv 🔹

A leading and stable organization in the financial sector is looking for a Data & BI Infrastructure Team Leader to join its technology division. This is a key role managing infrastructure, data operations, and BI platforms – combining hands-on responsibility with leadership and innovation.

✨ What will you do?

• Lead and manage diverse technical teams: developers, DBAs, system admins (including in-house staff and external vendors)
• Own and operate the organization’s data warehouse and ETL/ELT processes
• Manage development platforms and maintain servers (Windows / Linux)
• Monitor and proactively troubleshoot key data processes
• Develop new data processes based on business requirements
• Manage applications and perform version upgrades
• Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies
• Oversee vendor relationships and service delivery

🎯 Requirements:

• BSc in Exact Sciences / Engineering or formal BI training
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in BI and data infrastructure
• At least 1 year of experience managing a BI team
• Solid understanding of Data Warehouse architecture and complex BI models
• Strong knowledge of Oracle and Exadata databases
• Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, DataStage, or Talend – an advantage
• Python – an advantage
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Snowflake) – an advantage
• Familiarity with NoSQL – an advantage
• Experience working in Agile environments – an advantage
• Background in infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, and databases – a plus
