Product Manager – Temporary Position

We are a global consumer goods company specializing in innovative products for parents & children. As we continue to grow, we seek a highly motivated Product Manager to join our Product team in Herzliya.

This is a Maternity Leave Replacement role with the potential to transition into a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage timelines, Gantt charts, and multi-stage work plans across multiple departments
• Ongoing coordination with R&D, Marketing, Operations, and Sales departments
• Manage communication and coordination with overseas factories
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Take an active part in key product-related decisions with involvement in the development stages
• Identify and reduce risks proactively throughout the development cycle
• Lead project timelines aligned with clear milestones and goals, including deadlines for exhibitions and key events

Requirements:

• Proven experience in product management and/or project management in the consumer goods industry – Significant advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or Industrial Engineering and Management – An advantage
• High-level English proficiency – Required
• Familiarity with Monday.com or similar project management tools – an advantage
• Ability to work independently, lead processes, and meet deadlines
• Strong leadership, organizational skills, strategic thinking, and attention to detail
