About the Role
We’re hiring an Inbound SDR to manage and qualify incoming leads. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates, career switchers, or early-career professionals who are curious about technology, enjoy engaging with people, and want to grow in a fast-paced sales environment.
You’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, helping them understand our solutions, qualify their needs, and guide them toward the right next steps.
What You’ll Do
- Lead Handling: Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from web forms, email, and chat.
- Qualification: Assess leads based on predefined criteria to determine fit and urgency.
- Discovery: Conduct initial conversations to understand the prospect’s use case, goals, and challenges.
- Education: Clearly explain NetNut’s value proposition and how our solutions can help.
- Trial Activation: Guide qualified leads through the trial process and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- CRM Management: Log all interactions and lead status updates in HubSpot.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives and Marketing to ensure a seamless handoff and feedback loop.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Fast, clear communicator with a “can-do” attitude.
- Comfortable using digital tools and learning new technologies.
- Motivated to build a long-term career in tech sales.
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative, cross-departmental environment.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
