Fullstack Team Lead

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Fullstack Team Lead at a local security products company based in Tel Aviv.

The Fullstack Team Lead will be responsible to lead the team and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality software solutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field – or equivalent practical experience

At least 3 years of hands-on experience in C# .NET development

Proficiency in Angular or React for modern front-end development

Strong knowledge of MSSQL database design, queries, and performance optimization

Experience with .NET Core for building scalable, high-performance applications

Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies

Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail

Strong communication and teamwork capabilities

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
