Business Unit Manager - SAP Division

We are looking for a Business Unit Manager to lead our SAP Division. This is a senior-level role reporting directly to the Head of the Division.

We are seeking highly experienced candidates with a strong emphasis on proven P&L management capabilities.

Job Description

The Business Unit Manager will:

• Join the company’s leadership team
• Initiate and lead strategic business processes
• Oversee and drive sales and presales activities
• Manage P&L and be responsible for business performance
• Work with both existing and new clients
• Lead tender responses and proposal development
• Manage cross-functional teams
• Ensure successful delivery of complex projects
  
  

• Proven experience managing significant P&L - Required
• Team management experience, beyond a small team - Required
• Experience managing fixed-price (FIX) projects - Required
• Track record of successful project delivery - Required
• Experience in sales and opportunity creation within the Israeli market - Required
• Familiarity with SAP solutions - Strong Advantage
