• Own and lead the product lifecycle for a strategic B2C solution.
• Work in a matrix team environment, managing the development tasks for backend & frontend developers, QA (manual & automation), and a system analyst.
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and development plans.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to define scope and prioritize work in alignment with company goals.
• Ensure delivery is on time and on spec – while also keeping an eye on what’s next.
• Serve as the product’s "source of truth" – maintaining clarity, transparency, and momentum even under pressure.
  
  

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Hands-on experience managing cross-functional tech teams.
• Strong technical orientation – able to understand and challenge system flows and architecture.
• Experience working with System Analysts and translating business needs into technical specs.
• Comfortable working in tight timelines and delivery-focused environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  
  

• Background in financial products, insurance tech, or other regulated industries.
• Experience working in enterprise tech teams.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps.
• Past experience in QA, System analyst or software development (a bonus!).
