A successful startup (about 50 employees) is looking for an Office & Reception Manager to join a high-quality and pleasant work environment.
Employment is through TOTAL ADMIN, at - 100% capacity - flexible
๐ Location: Company offices in Ramat Hachayal โ on-site only (no hybrid)
๐ Hours: SundayโThursday, 8:30โ17:00
Main responsibilities:
Office management and daily operations
Supplier coordination, grocery & equipment orders
Handling logistics: mail, deliveries, parking, office building management
Assisting with logistics and purchase orders
Requirements:
๐ฏ Previous experience as an Office Manager โ mandatory (startup/high-tech experience โ advantage)
๐ฏ Excellent English โ mandatory
๐ฏ Academic degree โ mandatory
๐ฏ Working with Priority - advantage
