Earnix is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to own the complete product lifecycle of a significant product in our Product Suite. In this role, you will balance strategic vision with operational excellence while shaping the future of this product, driving its sales and adoption, and ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our customers.
What You Will Do:
- As a Product Manager at Earnix, you will own the complete product lifecycle, balancing strategic vision with tactical execution. Develop and execute product strategy aligned with Earnix's vision:
- Create and manage short and long-term roadmaps with clear timelines
- Build customer relationships to gather feedback and prioritize features
- Research market trends and competitors' offering to maintain competitive product differentiation
- Define detailed requirements to guide development team effectively
- Directly engage with Sales, PreSales and Product Marketing on enablement and adoption initiatives
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and professional services
- Represent the company as a product thought leader by delivering compelling presentations at global conferences, webinars, customer events, and sales meetings
- Define and track KPIs to measure product success and drive improvements
You’ll Do It Using:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in product management of enterprise SaaS B2B solutions
- Proven track record of end-to-end product ownership
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver measurable business outcomes
- Proficiency in agile product development methodologies and frameworks.
- Experience in partnering with Sales and Product Marketing to develop and execute go-to-market strategies
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- High level of presentation skills.
- Fluent in English – verbal and written.
You’ll Excel By:
- Experience with financial services or the insurance industry.
- Understanding of pricing and underwriting methodologies used for financial products
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a systemic perspective of the organization.
- Attention to detail and an analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
