QA Engineer - Manual Testing | Medical Simulation

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our team in developing advanced surgical training simulators. This is a full-time, on-site position (no hybrid) for candidates located within commuting distance.

In this role, you'll design and execute manual test cases for a multidisciplinary system combining hardware and software, working closely with developers and product managers. Your responsibilities will include post-release testing, bug reporting, and comprehensive test documentation (STD, STP, STR).

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in manual software and hardware QA
• Proven experience working in a medical simulation or gaming company - must
• Proficiency with Windows environments - must
• Strong working knowledge of JIRA - must
• Skilled in writing test documentation (STD / STP / STR)
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) - must
• Academic degree in Biomedical Engineering or ISTQB certification - must
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate system requirements into tests
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated team player
• Residing within daily commuting distance from the office - on-site only
