C-Pi data developer guild lead, Data & AI-driven Healthcare Team

Clalit Innovation is leading the digital health and AI transformation in Israel's largest healthcare organization. We are looking for a Tech lead for our digital health platform C-Pi, Clalit’s groundbreaking solution for proactive-preventative healthcare, which is already impacting thousands of clinicians and millions of people.

Responsibilities:

• The technical lead of the C-Pi data team (data developers, analysts)

• Managing the across-team task prioritization (planning sprints)

• Develop the data strategy to manage the clinical and product requirements of C-Pi as we scale

and as Clalit in parallel undergoes significant changes to its data infrastructure

• Comfortable leading code reviews with focus on SQL best practices, and coaching junior/mid-

level developers to write scalable, maintainable SQL.

• Hands-on development of POCs pushing our infrastructure and technical boundaries

Requirements:

• 5+ years of industry experience, with a strong background in data-focused roles - a must

• Excellent SQL skills with proven experience querying large, complex data sets – a must

• High level coding in a scripting language (e.g., Python, JavaScript) – a must

• Data engineering background – ETLs, automations, orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, dbt), CI/CD

pipelines. Understanding of data architecture, data modeling and data pipelines.

• Up-to-date with best-in-industry practices

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills

• Organized, thorough, and detail oriented, with good ability to multi-task

• Work experience in healthcare organizations and analytical applications related to health

• BSc/BA or above in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering and Management, or Bio-statistics,

with a specialization in Health Information Systems
