This is a remote contract role for a Pentester / Red Team Specialist.

You will be responsible for conducting penetration tests, application security assessments, and red teaming exercises. Additional responsibilities include performing malware analysis and collaborating with the cybersecurity team to enhance threat detection and mitigation strategies.

Conduct penetration tests on external/internal systems, web/mobile apps, and cloud environments.

Plan and execute Red Team exercises, including social engineering and post-exploitation.

Collaborate with client SOC and CISO during simulations and incident response.

Prepare detailed technical reports and executive summaries.

Support remediation workshops and retests.

• Expertise in Red Teaming exercises and penetration testing, minimum 3 years
• Certifications: OSCP, CEH, GPEN. (at least 2 of the 3 certifications)
• Strong knowledge of phishing techniques and evasion methods.
• Strong experience in Application Security and Cybersecurity
• Familiar with OWASP, MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, ISO 27001
• Ability to work independently and remotely
