OTC & Dermocosmetics Sales Team Manager | Shoham Site

Padagis Shoham is seeking a Sales Team Manager to manage our OTC and dermocosmetics field sales teams.

In this role, you will manage professional field teams focused on promoting over-the-counter (OTC) and dermocosmetic products. Responsibilities include day-to-day management of the team, professional guidance and training, building and executing work plans, and collaborating with pharmacists, physicians, regional and national stakeholders, and KOLs.

You will also oversee product visibility in HMO pharmacies, lead product launches, manage conferences and professional events, and track, analyze, and monitor performance against business targets.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Life Sciences or a para-medical field – Mandatory (M.Sc. – an advantage)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical field sales
• Proven experience in managing teams and working cross-functionally – Mandatory
• Experience in pharmacy-based promotion and working with pharmacists – Mandatory
• Strong scientific understanding of products – Mandatory
• Valid driver’s license – Mandatory
• Good level of English – Mandatory
• Strong commercial and marketing orientation
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
• Service-oriented, collaborative, agile, creative, and performance-driven
