Clickwise is expanding and looking for a Mid-Level Google Ads PPC Campaign Manager to join our

growing team.

Google Ads specialist who understands how to get the most out of the platform — and is ready to take

their skills to the next level alongside an experienced, results-driven team.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Management

● Independently develop, launch, optimize, and scale high-performing Google Ads campaigns

across Search, Display, Demand Gen, Performance Max, YouTube, and more.

● Take full ownership of budgets, strategies, daily optimizations, and reporting.

● Research and implement new strategies, ad formats, and best practices to maximize ROI and

keep campaigns ahead of the curve.

Innovation & Testing

● Continuously test new audiences, creatives, keywords, and bidding strategies.

● Design and execute A/B tests; analyze results and translate insights into actionable

improvements.

● Stay updated with Google’s constant changes, tools, and features — and apply them to get an

edge.

Analysis & Insights

● Dive deep into performance data to identify trends, solve problems, and find opportunities for

growth.

● Prepare clear, actionable performance reports and share successful learnings with the team.

Collaboration & Contribution

● Work closely with other Campaign Managers and Team Leads to exchange insights and drive

overall team performance.

● Contribute ideas and solutions to broader marketing initiatives.

● Be open to feedback and proactive about sharing what works.

Requirements:

● 1+ years of proven hands-on experience running Google Ads campaigns — MUST.

● Experience in Gaming, CFD, or Casino verticals — huge advantage.

● Good understanding of Google Ads tools, targeting, bidding strategies, and performance

tracking.

● Strong analytical skills; comfortable interpreting data and making ROI-focused decisions.

● Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion tracking.

● Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.

● Initiative-taker who is hungry to learn and test new ideas.

● Thrive in a dynamic, performance-focused environment.

● Team player with excellent communication skills.
