Job Requirements

• Experience partnering with business stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and deliver AI-enabled solutions in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  
  

• Strong business acumen with a track record of translating ambiguous business problems into actionable AI/automation initiatives.

• 5 years of product management experience in a SaaS company.
  
  

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with both technical teams (AI, engineering, data) and non-technical business units.
  
  

• Hands-on experience with AI, automation, or workflow optimization tools is a plus.
  
  

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  
  

• Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable driving initiatives from concept to execution with a focus on measurable outcomes.
  
  

• Experience with change management, process redesign, or organizational enablement is desirable.
  
  

Job Responsibilities

1. Business Engagement & Needs Discovery

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned business units (Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, Legal, Customer Success, etc.) to surface opportunities where AI can drive efficiency and value.
  
  

• Build deep relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their strategic objectives, operational challenges, and current processes.
  
  

• Map and prioritize high-value use cases for AI and automation, leveraging input from diverse teams across Hibob.
  
  

2. Solution Design & Implementation

• Collaborate with technical AI team members to co-create tailored frameworks, prototypes, and platforms that address identified business needs.
  
  

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and AI-driven workflows, balancing quick wins with scalable, long-term impact.
  
  

• Drive the adoption of AI-powered solutions, supporting change management, communications, and training to maximize business impact.
  
  

3. Communication with Technical Teams & Framework Development

• Serve as a communication bridge between business stakeholders and technical (AI/engineering) teams, ensuring mutual understanding and alignment.
  
  

• Translate cross-business AI needs and recurring patterns into requirements for internal framework development, enabling scalable and reusable AI solutions.
  
  

• Proactively relay feedback, pain points, and opportunities from business users to inform and prioritize the technical AI roadmap.
  
  

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Facilitate workshops and working groups to ideate, assess, and iterate on new AI opportunities.
  
  

• Support the development and rollout of internal enablement programs (such as AI guilds, communities of practice, or champions networks) to boost AI fluency across the organization.
  
  

5. Measurement & Continuous Improvement

• Define and track key metrics (ROI, efficiency gains, adoption rates) to demonstrate the business impact of AI initiatives.
  
  

• Gather feedback and insights to drive continuous improvement of AI frameworks and platforms.
  
  

Stay current on emerging AI trends, best practices, and relevant technologies, infusing external perspectives into Hibob’s internal strategies.
