Product Manager - AI & GenAI

Join the Data + AI division of one of Israel’s leading financial organizations and take part in its journey toward becoming an AI-First organization. As a Product Manager - AI & GenAI, you’ll lead the transformation of existing financial products and services into AI-powered experiences, identifying customer and business needs and turning them into impactful AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI solutions
• Identify customer needs and business opportunities and translate them into innovative product initiatives and use cases
• Lead products end-to-end, from Discovery and use-case definition through requirements, development, implementation, measurement, and continuous improvement
• Define business requirements, product goals, success metrics, and KPIs
• Prioritize products, initiatives, features, and use cases based on customer value, business impact, and feasibility
• Work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, Data & AI teams, and external vendors
• Lead complex cross-functional initiatives, manage dependencies and blockers, and drive decisions across multiple stakeholders
• Measure product performance and business value, using data and insights to improve adoption and outcomes
• Build product work plans and support the prioritization and management of the broader AI initiatives portfolio

Requirements:

Must Haves:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering & Management, Economics, or a related field
• 5+ years of Product Management experience
• Proven experience leading complex products or product initiatives end-to-end
• Experience defining product strategy, building roadmaps, and prioritizing initiatives and features
• Strong experience working across business and technology teams and leading cross-functional processes
• Proven ability to translate customer needs and business objectives into product and technology solutions
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Strong business orientation, systemic thinking, ownership, and ability to drive initiatives independently

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, or other advanced technology products
• Experience with digital and customer-facing products
• Experience managing products with a large user base and at scale
• Experience in banking, FinTech, financial services, or mortgage-related products
• Experience managing product portfolios or complex work plans
• Experience developing Business Cases and measuring business value
• Experience working with Jira and Agile product development methodologies
