We are looking for an Account Manager to join our dynamic iGaming team. As the first point of contact for B2C customers and a key support for internal team operations, you’ll ensure smooth customer experiences and efficient information flow within the company.

Responsibilities

Manage B2C customer accounts throughout their lifecycle

Provide day-to-day support and ensure an excellent user experience

Coordinate internal communication between teams

Monitor customer feedback and identify trends and opportunities

Stay updated on iGaming products and offerings

Requirements (Must-Haves)

Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)

Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset

Proactive approach with strong problem-solving abilities

Interest in technology and digital operations

Quick to learn new tools and systems

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
