What You’ll Do

• Continuously monitor and analyze sales performance and customer activity via qualitative and
  
  

• Process improvement: analyze operational processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities to
  
  

• Lead end-to-end global projects aimed at bridging the gap between current and desired states. This
  
  

• Define enablement tools and processes to enhance GTM team productivity, including gathering
  
  

• Process documentation: analyze, map, and document relevant policies and processes for visibility,
  
  

• 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, business development, program
  
  

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize conflicting needs and advocate a course of
  
  

• Data-oriented with strong analytical skills, capable of extracting business insights from data and hands-
  
  

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and ability to work with global teams.
• Flexible and responsive to dynamic situations, with consistent execution ability under pressure.
• Energetic, motivated self-starter who possesses strong interpersonal skills and is able to collaborate
  
  

• Proficiency in CRM Salesforce - advantage
• Experience in a high-tech company/financial institution -an advantage
• BA Degree or equivalent in information science, management information systems (or equivalent field) - advantage
