What You’ll Do

Continuously monitor and analyze sales performance and customer activity via qualitative and

quantitative methods to report on progress and to identify areas for improvement.

Process improvement: analyze operational processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities to

automate, optimize and reduce time, effort, and costs.

Lead end-to-end global projects aimed at bridging the gap between current and desired states. This

includes designing and executing GTM (Go-To-Market) excellence practices and streamlining cross-

functional processes.

Define enablement tools and processes to enhance GTM team productivity, including gathering

requirements for Salesforce, tools, dashboards, etc.

Process documentation: analyze, map, and document relevant policies and processes for visibility,

alignment, and knowledge management.

Who You Are

1-3 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, business development, program

management, or consulting.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize conflicting needs and advocate a course of

action.

Data-oriented with strong analytical skills, capable of extracting business insights from data and hands-

on analytics.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and ability to work with global teams.
Flexible and responsive to dynamic situations, with consistent execution ability under pressure.
Energetic, motivated self-starter who possesses strong interpersonal skills and is able to collaborate

with various global teams across the business and driving execution.

Proficiency in CRM Salesforce - advantage
Experience in a high-tech company/financial institution -an advantage
BA Degree or equivalent in information science, management information systems (or equivalent field) - advantage
