Product Development Manager

PMI Kids’ World, an internationally recognized name for trending children’s merchandise and toys, has led the market for over 30 years. The company is one of the top three leading gaming manufacturers worldwide, having collaborated with notable brands such as Disney, Universal Studios, UEFA, FIFA, Nickelodeon, Paramount, Sega, and Epic Games. PMI Kids' World creates its successful product lines through in-depth marketing research to identify the latest and hottest trends. Our operations are founded on four key assets: worldwide merchandising rights, development expertise, manufacturing capabilities, and broad global distribution.

We are looking for a creative and experienced Product Development Manager to lead our product development department. This role includes managing a team of 10 employees, overseeing the full lifecycle from concept and design through development, production, and launch.

The ideal candidate has strong product and management skills, a background or understanding of design, and a passion for creating engaging products for kids. You’ll work closely with internal teams and global partners to ensure all products meet our quality standards and align with brand expectations.

This is a full-time, on-site position, located in the Tel Aviv, Ramat Hahayal.

Working hours are Monday-Thursday from 10:00-19:00, plus Fridays from 8:00-16:00.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of 10 across product design and development.
• Oversee the entire product development process: ideation, prototyping, timelines, and execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, licensing, production, and design.
• Ensure alignment with licensors’ brand guidelines and market trends.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables using tools such as Gantt charts and project tracking systems.
• Monitor quality, safety, and compliance standards throughout development.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and competitive products.
  

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience managing teams in product development roles.
• Strong project management skills – including handling budgets, deadlines, and complex timelines.
• Excellent English communication skills – native or near-native (spoken and written).
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively across departments.
• High attention to detail, multitasking ability, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design or Graphic Design – a strong advantage.
• Passion for creativity, innovation, and delivering products that kids love.
