Job Description — IT Support Engineer ( Mac Management x Network x Zoom Rooms)
Position Title: IT Support Engineer — Zoom Rooms (Mac) & IT Project Management
Location: Hybrid (2 Days On-Site, 3 Days Remote)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Role Summary:We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer with expertise in MacOS environments and Zoom Rooms management and network experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for deploying, maintaining, and supporting Zoom Rooms for our clients, both on-site and remotely. This role includes IT project planning, budget management, and ensuring top-level service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:· Deploy, configure, and support Zoom Rooms on MacOS devices.
· Integrate AV equipment including cameras, speakers, microphones, and displays.
· Manage Mac device policies using MDM tools such as Kandji, Jamf, or NinjaOne.
· Provide on-site client support (2 days per week) for deployment, troubleshooting, and user training.
· Deliver remote IT support (3 days per week) by handling support tickets and proactive system monitoring.
· Manage IT projects including scope definition, timeline management, and budget control.
· Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for project delivery.
· Maintain thorough documentation for configurations, procedures, and issue resolution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:· Minimum 3 years of experience with MacOS system support and deployment.
· Proven expertise in Zoom Rooms setup, configuration, and support.
· AV hardware integration knowledge.
· Experience with MDM platforms such as Kandji, Jamf, or NinjaOne.
· Understanding of network basics, including VLAN, QoS, and firewall configurations.
· Experience with FortiGate Security Firewalls, including configuration, management, and troubleshooting.
· Knowledge of Aruba Switches and Access Points, including deployment and network integration.
· IT project management and budget planning experience.
· Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, customer-focused approach.
· Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Preferred Qualifications:· Experience with the Zoom Admin Portal and AV remote management tools.
· Familiarity with network security and compliance requirements.
· Prior customer service experience in IT support roles.
